5. Only use the cleaning materials provided by the manufacturer, and replace the cap after use;
6. Wear disposable gloves, fingerprints will shorten the life of the reflector and lens;
7. The working position should be far away from the laser module, and do not allow solvent vapor to enter the beam path;
8. Check the labels on the reflector and lens, and re-apply the labels that fell off;
9. Immediately Install the cleaned lens and follow the correct installation direction.
Clean optical components
The lens and mirror have special coatings. Damage to the coating will reduce the beam quality, so special care must be taken when handling.
The following conditions may damage the optical lens:
1. Dust particles ignited by the laser beam;
2. Cleaning Dust particles that scratch the surface of the lens;
3. The coating on the mirror or lens surface comes off;
Cleaning of minor stains
Slight stain means that the particles can be blown off with air.
Use air bubbles to blow off the dust on the optical components (dry nitrogen can also be used), do not use spray guns.
When using bubbles to blow the deflection lens in an extremely polluted workshop, it must be done one by one. In order to prevent the contamination of the optical surface from aggravating after cleaning, it is necessary to continue cleaning with acetone.
