LXSHOW after-sales representative Mark went to Russia to offer after-sales service for the customer who invested in the 3KW LX3015DH laser cutting stainless steel machine. This four-day visit is to deal with the customer’s complaints and,at the same time, to offer better services.

Shortly after the 11-day training trip to Turkey on August 30,our technical representative Andy started another trip to Lebanon to give a technical training on 6KW LX3015H fiber laser cutting machine for sale.Like other customers,this customer also gave a good feedback to LXSHOW quality and service.
Our technical team came to customer in Turkey last month to provide training, from installation to operation of the machine. Before that, this customer purchased from us a 4KW China laser cutting machine LX3015PT. LXSHOW technical specialist Andy carried out a 11-day training for this customer, so that he can learn to how to operate the machine efficiently.
Last month, Will from LXSHOW after-sales team went to Tunisia to provide technical assistance to the customer who purchased one of our best fiber laser cutting machines: LX6020LDT.This may be the farthest destination that Will has travelled to as LXSHOW’s laser machines are running all over the world.Regardless of the distance,LXSHOW will make sure customers from around the world have the best customer experience.
