Abstract of Fiber Laser Cutting Machine: A new type of laser cutting equipment for metal pipes is introduced. This machine adopts the method of axial movement of the laser head and the rotation of the workpiece driven by the electric chuck to synthesize the cutting trajectory, which realizes segmented cutting. It does not need to replace the clamping block for workpieces of different diameters. Oxygen pressure cutting saves 2/3 of the oxygen consumption compared with traditional equipment. The equipment has a larger single-pass cutting length of 1000mm, a cutting surface roughness of 0.3lm, a hole position accuracy of ±0.1mm/m, and an auxiliary oxygen pressure of 40.15MPa. The basic structure and working principle of the fiber laser cutting machine: It is realized by the relative movement of the laser beam and the workpiece.
