As a kind of machine tool processing equipment, the fiber laser cutting machine is a kind of operation stability, CNC system cutting accuracy and service life are several major questions that are very concerned, but there is less attention to the guide system. However, the guide rail has laid a reliable foundation for the completion of the machine's function. All kinds of machine tool parts use the master axis to move on the specified guide rail. The machine tool planner selects various different modes of guide rail system according to the machine tool's example and function. The following three types are widely used, namely, flat guide rail, A rotary body guide rail composed of a combination of a linear rotation guide rail and a cycle roller and a flat guide rail.
Efficacy of the guide rail
Although there are many modes of the guide rail system, but the things are similar, the parts of the machine tool are like the train along the rails on the designated guide rail system. Drive in the designated direction.

(3) Operators can't leave the work booth casually, and non-operators are not allowed to open mind devices.
(4) If you encounter critical environments during operation, press the scarlet emergency stop switch immediately to prevent accidents.
(5) When repairing and maintaining the CNC, pay attention to the instructions of the special manager for coordination.
(6) Before shutting down, close all gas valves and release the surplus gas in the atmosphere circuit.
(7) If there are signs of backfire in the excavated pipeline, immediately cut off the electrical insulation. The signs of obstruction to machinery must be recorded.
(8) If an obstacle is discovered, there should be a record of the obstacle.
