The supporting platforms of fiber laser cutting machine tools are all serrated, and the distance between the serrated points is about (60×30) mm. When laser cutting is performed, the sheet is supported by the serrated support bar, so that the cutting It won’t hurt the pallet. During the cutting process, the thickness of the steel plate, the hardness of the material, the flatness of the steel plate and the stress and deformation will affect the quality of the cutting. The bridge position technology used to avoid warping when cutting the steel plate is summarized as follows: p>
(1) The contour size of the cut part
If the cut part is not small enough to fall from the gap of the support bar, or if it is not big enough, it cannot be supported by the support bar, It may lose balance and lift, as shown in Figure 1-A. At this time, the cutting head moving at a high speed may collide with it, and the cutting head may be shut down in the slightest case, and the cutting head may be damaged in the worst case, causing irreparable damage. If the parts to be cut are relatively small, they fall directly from the gap between the support bars after cutting. Although this kind of part did not touch the laser nozzle, the part fell into the waste collection box under the machine tool, and the later cleaning work was troublesome. If the parts to be cut are relatively large, place them directly on the support bar after cutting.
After the parts of different sizes are cut, the parts and the waste material must be removed from the support bar together. At this time, the scattered parts need to be manually taken out one by one or fall from the gap between the support bars. Greatly increase labor costs and time costs. In order to avoid this problem, a cutting process using bridges (micro-connections) is adopted. When programming the graphics for laser cutting, the closed contour is intentionally broken in several places, so that the parts and the surrounding materials will stick together after the cutting is completed, so that they will not fall. These broken places are the bridges. Also called breakpoint or micro joint. Generally, the bridge position of the same part should be unified as much as possible to avoid the diversification of part burrs and affect the cutting programming efficiency. The distance at the bridge position is about 0.2~0.5mm, which is inversely proportional to the thickness of the sheet. Based on the inner contour (scrap), it is disconnected from the base material, which is called a breakpoint; based on the outer contour (part), it is adhered to the base material, which is called micro-connection. The bridge position connects the parts with the surrounding materials. The mature programming software can automatically add the appropriate number of bridge positions according to the length of the contour. It can also distinguish the inner and outer contours and decide whether to add bridges, so that the inner contours (waste) that do not leave the bridges will fall, and the outer contours (parts) of the bridges will be glued together with the base material and will not fall, thus avoiding Sorting work.
(2) Fiber laser cutting machine plate stress
Fiber laser cutting generally processes Q235 and stainless steel plates, the thickness of the steel plate is 0.5-20mm, and the metal material is focused on the laser beam during cutting. Under rapid heating and vaporization, and then evaporation to form a cavity, the laser beam moves, and the continuously formed hole forms a continuous narrow slit. The slit is generally only 0.1~0.5mm. The steel material heats up quickly, and the heat is conducted less, especially less than 0.5mm stainless steel tends to be warped due to stress concentration in the cut parts or narrow parts of the overlap. In severe cases, the warped part of the plate blocks the laser nozzle or is hit by the laser nozzle, causing the steel plate to move or damage the laser nozzle. The mature programming software can set the micro-connections according to the length of the contour, according to the quantity or according to the interval distance. Do not turn on the light (laser head movement) in the actual cutting of the micro joints, which can ensure that the entire graphic processing is completed without falling or warping. In order to avoid this problem, a cutting process using bridges (micro-connections) is adopted. Mature programming software can perform micro-connections according to the length of the contour, according to the quantity or according to the interval distance. The micro-connections are not opened during actual cutting, which can ensure that the entire part is processed without falling, and the part or the edge warpage is small. Of course, laser processing technicians can manually set up the micro joints according to the actual situation to minimize the warping deformation of the parts and the edges, so as to protect the parts of the laser cutting head.
The layout of the process sheet metal fiber laser cutting machine is the entry point. The reason for the collision of the laser nozzle with the steel plate or parts is analyzed at the beginning. By setting the bridge position process connection when the parts are ranked, it reduces The occurrence of part warping or warping of the steel plate reduces the chance of collision of the laser nozzle, increases the service life of the nozzle and laser head assembly, and reduces the cost of maintenance and replacement of parts. On the other hand, the material and thickness of the steel plate, the transmission mechanism of the processing equipment, and the supporting platform, etc., will all affect the lifting of the steel plate. Therefore, in the actual production process, it is necessary to take into account all influencing factors and maximize strengths and avoid weaknesses in order to complete various tasks efficiently, with high quality and low cost, and improve market competitiveness.
