Methods for adjusting the light path of the metal laser cutting machine:

1. Check whether the laser can hit the top reflector. (The method uses a plastic sheet to cover the top reflector, and press the TEST button to see the laser dot orientation.) If the laser cannot hit the top lens, adjust the top lens orientation. 2. Check whether the laser can hit the second and third mirrors. If not, adjust the M1, M2, and M3 screws behind the upper mirror. 3. Place at least two layers of double-sided tape on the light entrance of the laser lens barrel, move the laser head to the upper right corner of the table and press the TEST button on the control panel to hit a laser spot. 4. Move the laser head to the upper left corner and hit a laser spot to check whether it is in the same orientation as the dot hit in the upper right corner. If not, adjust the M1, M2, and M3 screws of the second mirror. Make the hit point and the point in the upper right corner in the same direction. 5. Move the laser head to the lower left corner, investigate whether the dot is in the same direction as the upper right corner, and adjust the second reflector. 6. Repeatedly adjust as described above, and finally the three laser dots hit in the same direction.

7. Check whether the focus is in the center: place a mirror directly below the focus lens, and press the transparent plastic sheet under the lens barrel close to the lens barrel (ie, hand-held) Press the TEST button to hit the laser to see if the laser spot hits the center of the focusing lens. Be careful of laser burns when holding the plastic sheet, and do not put your hands within the straight plane of the lens.
