Fiber laser cutting machine 1000W cut silicon steel plate 0.3mm

If your work includes cut metal stainless steel,carbon steel ,copper,aluminum or other metal plate sheet, Fiber laser cutting machinecan finish it. And with development of fiber laser,the price gets lower in recently.  

Recently one of customer want to cut on materials ,called silicon steel. In our factory,we test it to let customer to see cut effect before order.

After then,this customer also asked us use fiber laser marking machine to cut. That time,we don’t have 100W or higher in factory,so we use fiber laser marking machine 50W to cut it.

The samples show:

Some small thin metal can be cut by laser cutting machine repeating to finish.But if need high accuracy,it will need second operation/process. Here is samples pictures cut by fiber laser marking machine and fiber laser cutting.

Obviously,fiber laser cutting machine has better cut effect. The edge of samples is more clear and fluent.

So if budget is enough,Fiber laser cutting machine is always good choice for cutting metal work.
