Compared with the traditional welding machine, the laser welding machine has the advantages of small weld seam, beautiful weld seam and high precision. It has become one of the indispensable tools for the processing of jewelry, battery and aluminum alloy. When we use laser welding machine to work, sometimes there will be phenomenon that the laser welding machine does not emit light smoothly or does not emit light, which directly affects our daily production. What are the reasons why the laser welding machine suddenly does not emit light?

First, what is the reason why the laser welding machine suddenly does not emit light?

1. If the previous laser welding machine has stable light output and the output power intensity is stable, it may be caused by the following two problems:

1The software board and other control systems have problems;

2 Optical path movement, or power supply, laser generator, cooling system and other hardware problems.

2. If the laser welding machine is used for a period of time and the intensity of the outgoing light is steadily decreasing, it may be caused by the aging of the laser light source components.

Second, the laser welding machine suddenly does not emit light solution

1. Observe whether the laser display and laser output times are normal when the display screen is running on the table. If there is no display laser frequency and the actual number of light output and the setting is inconsistent, replace the welder main board. After replacing the main board of the welder, observe whether it is normal, and if it still does not emit light, replace the shutter.

2. Observe whether the display of the welder part is normal. If the part can be converted but the light is not displayed when welding, first look at whether the laser button of the CNC part is closed, if it is off, turn on the laser button. If the laser button is normal, open the CNC display interface to see if the continuous light is set, and if not, change to continuous light.
