In order to ensure that the laser welding machine is always in normal working condition, we must understand the problems that should be paid attention to during the operation and the treatment methods for the failure.

 

       First: the machine does not reflect after the power button is pressed

 

1. Check if the front panel 10A fuse is installed or blown.

 

2. Check if the access voltage is 220V/380V.

 

3. If the above checks do not work, it is recommended to contact Ming Lei technology and send it for repair.

 

4. Check if the welder power supply is tight.

 

Second: the laser welding machine equipment red light alarm, there are generally several possibilities in this case

 

1. Digital display Err. In this case, the capacitor thyristor is damaged and must be contacted by Shanghai Yueshi for repair.

 

2. Capacitor charging error. Turn off the power, check if all the plugs are plugged in, turn on the power again to see if it is back to normal. If the problem persists, it is recommended to contact Ming Lei technical maintenance.

 

3. Once the welding is completed, the welding torch does not leave the welded nail and prevents the welding machine from discharging again.

 

Third, the welding depth of the laser welding machine is not enough

 

1) The laser energy is not enough, it can increase the pulse width and increase the current to solve.

 

2) The amount of defocusing of the focusing mirror is not correct. The defocus amount should be adjusted to the position close to the focus (the key point of the metaphor) (but no spatter can be generated). Laser welding technology has been widely used in the manufacture of foreign cars. According to statistics, in 2000, there were more than 100 laser tailoring production lines for cutting blanks worldwide, with an annual output of 70 million pieces of tailor welded blanks for car components, and continued to grow at a relatively high speed.

 

Fourth, laser (LASER) welding machine cracks when welding

 

1) The flow rate of the shielding gas (unit: cubic meters per second) is too large to reduce the flow rate of the shielding gas to solve. 4) If the matching clearance between the workpieces is too large or has burrs, the machining accuracy of the workpiece should be improved.

 

Fifth, the laser (LASER) welding machine is weakened when welding

 

1) Cooling water pollution or not changing the cooling water for a long time, replacing the cooling water and cleaning the filter glass tube and xian ( xian) lamp can be solved.

 

2) If the diaphragm of the focusing lens or laser (LASER) is damaged or contaminated, it should be replaced or cleaned in time.

 

3) The main light path laser (LASER) offset, adjust the main light path all-reverse and semi-reflex film, use paper to check and adjust the spot. Sixth, the welding seam is very black when welding laser welding machine

 

1) The direction of the airflow of the shielding gas is wrong. The direction of the airflow of the shielding gas should be opposite to the direction of motion of the workpiece.

 

2) Nitrogen is not turned on, as long as nitrogen is turned on.
